Located in Caerphilly, we are one of ten Welsh Government prime contractors that are funded to deliver apprenticeships and work based learning qualifications across a wide range of sectors throughout Wales.

The results of our 2022 Learner and Employer survey speak for themselves with 94% of our learners rating Educ8 Training as Good to Excellent as their training provider. 97% of our learners would recommend Educ8 Training to others and 100% of our employers would rate Educ8 Training as Good to Excellent as their training provider.

Why learners study with us
Our learner led qualifications can be tailored to the individual’s job role allowing them to gain both new and relevant skills with practical experience. All learners benefit from flexible learning with online learning support giving you greater control and flexibility over your learning schedule.
Each learner is assigned their own Trainer Coach with sector knowledge and industry experience. Learners benefit from regular catch ups with their TC’s who are able to offer tailored support every step of the way. On completion of the qualification learners will gain an accredited qualification and get to celebrate at our annual Gradu8 ceremony.
