In February 2022, Educ8 Training Group became an Employee-Owned Trust. This means that staff who work for us are the majority shareholders of the company, collectively owning 51% of the business. 

The EOT aligns with our people first approach, enabling our employees to have a vested interest in the performance and growth of the company, as well as benefit from its long-term success. 

Our EOT committee – Collabor8, has been set up to work closely with the Trust Board to review business performance and give voices to our employees, allowing them to actively participate in bi-monthly meetings and review and improve our organisation.
